DA for neighbouring property

      If a property external to the strata ( a neighboring property) submits a development application that impacts a number of lot owners, is it the  strata’s responsibility to respond on behalf of the affected lot owners? Thank you.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
