      Our strata management fees are quite low but the item “disbursements” made up of “bundled disbursements” is nearly as much as the management fee, making the total a very hefty fee. Are we entitled to see the itemised figures?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
