Dodgy strata search

      I'd be interested to hear what the strata lawyers who read this forum
      have to say as this sounds like a  pretty clear case of professional
      negligence by the strata search company.  What's the point of paying for
      a seacrh when they don't pass on essential information. The other
      question would be, what can you expect in the way of compensation?  Your share of the special levies would be nice, wouldn't it?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
