Does not look good to send notice to comply?

      We have a complex wide parking problem (i.e. almost half the residents are parking innapropriately). I recently asked for this to be progressed, potentially with NTCs, and our strata manager informed me that too many NTCs will not look good on the body corporate records.

      I want the parking issues addressed so couldn’t really care less how it ‘looks’, but should I? Is there any substance to this comment?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
