       Hi,

      Does the new rules in NSW requiring atleast 75% of owners to vote yes to sell apply if the strata plan is 20 years old?

      If the answer is no. Does it require 100% of owners to vote yes to sell.

      The strata i’m in has developers interesting in buying the entire common property.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
