EC and Strata Manager decided not to attend mediation

      I just wonder why they would do this?

      Any legal reason? 

      Does it fair badly for the EC and Strata Manager if they do not attend mediation and it goes to CTTT?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
