EC Meetings -Lot owners attendance – ISSUE is EC Mtgs by Circulation

      While it is permitted for a Lot owner to attend a properly convened EC Meeting to observe, how can this observance process occur when the Meeting is “BY CIRCULATION”.   (I consider that the non EC Lot owner may be included in the correspondence trail to be informed) 

      Anyone had experience on this issue to know how it should be handled?

      Also at my Strata it appears the EC does NOT want Lot owners involved in any way and does not advise or hold formal EC meetings & does not record minutes (which needs to be addressed) 

      Anyone had experience on how to handle this situation without getting the EC members totally off side?
