EC office bearers

      Does an EC have to elect office bearers? We never have, but it’s on the agenda to happen at the EC meeting following our next AGM. This has never been on the agenda before, and the SM has filled the roles.

      We have a fairly recent owner who would love to be chairman, but would be totally unsuitable. Most of us don’t want to elect office bearers. It has worked well for the past 15 years without them. Have the rules changed?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
