      How does a Strata Committee ‘meeting in writing’ (Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 – Schedule 2, 9(2)) relate to the Strata Schemes management regulation 2016 – Clause 14 ‘Other means of voting’. 

      Is the former a subset of the latter, or can the meeting in writing address any motion that can be addressed at a standard (in person) meeting in the way it did under the previous Act?
