In our apartment building already been 4 renovations of veranda enclosures some with out council approval . The actual work is removing the existing veranda's sliding door about 1.7m in front so we can create a little sun room .There will be left a little area about .5 m of uncovered veranda.

Since the other owners did their renovations with out approval my the local council and only by the OC verbal approval can we do the some.Or if they persist to apply to the local council is this a discremination against me.
