Ex-SM refuses to give new SM Strata documents

      Jimmy, can you help please.

      We’ve appointed a new Company and ex-SM will not hand over our strata documents. (Currently in hands of Office Fair Trading).

      Are you able to list/advise what our new SM should have & be able to provide owners with pls?

      1.Title Deed

      2.Banking details

      3.Building Insurance details

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
