      Could some kind, clever Flat Chat expert please tell a newby where to find rules about Common Property and Exclusive Use By-Laws in the new Strata Schemes Management Act 2015? Hope it’s an easy question.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
