      I have asked questions about this before, sorry, but the issue is ongoing.

      To cut to the chase, there is an Extraordinary General Meeting going to be had here soon. The Executive Committee and Strata Manager won’t tell me the date it’s planned for, or whether a couple of pertinent questions will be answered and issues ironed out which greatly affect a big-budget project involving common property and Exclusive Use of it for parking by ‘special people’ who pay no extra for it. In short, I fear they are going to try for a proxy-enabled approval benefiting the few Exclusive Users at the expense of the larger Owners Corporation. 

      My question is, as an interested owner currently not on the EC and not trusting the current EC, what are my rights to be kept informed of what their plans are well ahead of the agenda going out. I want to have constructive input at the front end of things rather than have to, say, go to the CTTT to try have a patently wrong decision reversed.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
