What can I do about the Secretary of our Executive Committee taking common property off site for their own personal use?  This  means that the item is not available for anyone on the property to use.  In this case it is a newly purchased garden hose, bought by the Secretary for which she has been reimbursed. I have asked her repeatedly to return it, but she won’t, even though I have advised her of a secure communal place where it can be stored.

Discuss it with any of the other EC members initially. If they can see that it is a matter of principle, even if only a small matter of a hose, then they might have a quiet word to the secretary about bringing back the hose so all can use it.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
