I have been given 60 days notice to leave property and I am worried that I have to fix the reticulation which is and has been broken for a while now (have been hand watering garden) but it was installed by the previous tenants and not professionally.. landlord looked at it and said if its not fixed it will come out of my bond and he will get professional contractors to install new one…. can he do this? should I pay to get it fixed before he does at my expense?
