      Hi

      looking at purchasing a property on a small strata scheme – 2 properties, no common property, different looking places – different coloured bricks etc.

      was interested to know 2 things.

      a. can we separate the properties so they aren’t on a strata scheme anymore but stand alone properties

      b. is it possible to put an extra level extension on the existing property?

      accodring to the real estate, the other people are owner occupiers and they have mentioned they do not care what is done to the other property (because as I have mentioned above, they don’t even look similar).

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
