I own a unit in a two lot strata title. The building is two duplexes. We both have exclusive access to our own garden and garage. We only share the dividing wall. There are repairs to be made to the other owners external rainwater down pipe, mainly at its base. I have no access to this since it is on the other side of the building. Do we share the cost of the repairs?

Yes. Roof, external walls and those downpipes are all common property.
