      I amongst others have been steering people in the direction of Community Justice Centres (CJC) as opposed to the Department of Fair Trading (DFT) in order to seek assistance in the Mediation of disputes, but it appears that the CJC is now under the Service NSW banner (now there’s an oxymoron!), where a search of “mediation” and similar terms defaults to “strata mediation” which links to the DFT website.

      I can help wondering if a significant number of mediation starved strata-dwellers used and liked the CJC service, and the DFT were concerned about their job creation processes around a previously unchallenged monopoly being eroded?

      Oh well, I guess our Committee will have to work even harder at locally resolving any disputes at our Plan!

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
