SM pocketed surcharge on invoice

      After some investigation on checking the amounts of certain items that were charged to the strata plan.  I found some discrepancies in payment.

      For example, a window replacement was said to cost $1400 on invoice from supplier but I found the strata manager increased this by $200 and pocketed the difference.  I am not saying that all strata managers do this.  But I am curious if anyone has heard of this practice happening?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
