We live in a small strata complex.
A monthly financial report is produced by the Strata Manager and sent to the executive committee. Committee members are provided copies.
If an owner requests a copy of this report, is there any rule or reason that this can be refused by the executive committee?
Should important monthly financials detailing the status of such items as the Administrative and Sinking funds be issued to all owners, who are also levy payers, as a routine procedure?
By what justification can information be provided to EC members but deprived to other owners?
