Finding a good strata manager

      I own a block of flats in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, which is in the process of strata titleling. I would like to have a strata manager to manage the flats. How do I go about finding a good one, and can any of the forum members suggest a good one; or conversely, the ones they wouldn't recommend to their worst enemy?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
