      Hi

We are in Victoria. We are not necessarily unhappy with our current Owner’s Corporation Manager, whose contract is soon to end but there is an allowance for it to roll over for up to another 12 months.

Nevertheless we are seeking tips on how to locate an alternative manager ie how to do some ‘comparative shopping ‘

I am not on the committee but hope to get on it at the upcoming AGM, and of course to suggest the option of a change if a suitable alternative is found.

      Thanks

      MD
