      I am in a 3 unit strata, 2 units (1 building) owned by the same person are commercial and mine is residential. I have access through this building by right of a common property corridor. The buildings which are detached share only a common driveway to the rear. When accounts come in from the fire services company there are always large bills for what I believe are over excessive servicing to other parts of the commercial building, ie replacement of exit signs, globes replaced too often and other unexplained works. What do I have to pay for when there is only 1 fire extinguisher and 2 exit signs on common property.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
