Ever thought you could do a better job than your strata manager? One way to find out what it takes could be to take the free course Sydney TAFE is offering to anyone interested in a basic introduction to Strata and Community Title management.

As well as providing the basic concepts of legal and statutory requirements, consumer and agency risk, for anyone interested in working as a Strata Manager, it satisfies NSW Fair Trading’s academic requirements for the Certificate of Registration.

The three-day course starts on Wednesday, 1 June 2016, and continues on Thursday, June 2 and Friday , June 3 from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm each day at Level 2, 827-837 George Street Haymarket (opposite Central Railway).

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
