Frustartions with strata manager

      Our EC wrote to our strata manager a year ago complaining of poor service. Things have not improved and the inadequacies are costing us money. What are the pros and cons of changing management and are there  strata management ratings available ?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
