      I own a ground floor garden unit with two outside taps, one attached to a wall the other to the fence. Both are leaking and unable to be turned off. Who is responsible for the repair of these taps?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
