Getting a New Chairperson

      We are strata of 8 units.

      There will be a vote to remove the current chairperson.

      The issue is of getting someone else to take on the role of chairperson. Everyone is reluctant to take on the role.

      I am prepared to take on the role but I am reluctant to because I refuse to speak to or having anything to do with the current chairperson.

      Is there such a thing as an independent chairperson (not one of the unit owners) who you could pay to perform this role ?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
