Our village has 169 units and 7 unit entitlement I want to have the U/E redone as they do not represent a fair ratio.

I’ve been quoted $20000 to have all units revalued and adjusted.

We cannot get a majority vote as it will mean the top units paying more.

What can I claim back if a successful claim is made.

Will a lawyer take on a claim for ‘fraud on the minority’
