In the course of a S.108 search yesterday, I discovered correspondence between the Chairman’s daughter and the Strata Manager that discussed installing a hidden camera (in a planter box on their terrace) within their own lot to view other owners and occupiers’ activities.  This was a solution that the Chairman’s daughter wanted the OC to implement so they could record which residents from various windows and balconies were throwing out rubbish onto their terrace apartment.

Is this even legal? I have a glass balcony that overlooks their terrace and on hot summer nights, I like to sit there “lightly clothed” while sipping a glass of wine.

I am furious about this.  I have not seen other documentation that suggests this has been done.
