Highly paid consultant was a committee member

      Our Strata Management Agency ( SMA ) paid a large sum as consultant fees to a company owned by a Committee Member in 2013 ( as the company invoices show his home address and his email address and invoice refers to the time he spent with lawyers, Strata Manager, a builder, contractors concerning our Strata’s building defects litigation ) without any approval from the Strata Committee;

      These payments were not mentioned in any Strata Committee Minutes and it was not approved as strictly required under Section 25 of Strata Management Act.
      What course is open to us to recover these amounts [that were] paid without following due process by SMA as per Section 25 of SM Act 1996 ?
