Trawling through my files the other day I realised it’s been 11 years since I started writing about strata for the SMH and only slightly less than that since this website was created.

In the meantime the website has had a few tweaks here and there but has never undergone had a proper redesign, making it so “last decade”

So I thought I would put my very basic website skills to some use and present a cleaner, more modern face to the world.  The content is still there and the concept hasn’t changed, we’re just a bit brighter and more optimistic.

Hope you like it and our loyal readers and sponsors will bear with me while I fidlle and tweak the website into shape.

And please let me know if I have accidentally stuffed up and taken away your favourite part of the site.

My tip? The FORUM font size could be bigger for this so linked visitors can distinguish the space to talk quicker

Thank you for this FORUM …Can you help my ‘thread’ become more read”

I am a strata owner in a crisis and issue is complex and current
I NEED to reach my fellow owners QUICKLY to alert them, raise support and change a vote controlled by a small group of questionable characters at the ‘helm’ of governanace and management

Maybe help prevent more damage to my property investment and my personal life and get a corrupt group dismissed by NCAT. I have an application pending btw

Strata Debt Collection practices have me trapped into a ‘debt bondage’ of over $14000, exploiting by-laws, laws, administrative/mailing ‘errors’, accounting practices etc

The strata manager {NAME WITHHELD} avoided accountability 5 years ago and again instructed legal process in 2013 without proper process.

The seemingly controlled and/or complicit committee has appointed a ‘Point(s) Of Contact’ role that has confine decioions further to the office-bearers who have remained officially silent, ignoring correspondence and allowing crafted meetings, ledger entries, adjusted minutes and manager influenced decisions, affected by the bias of personal slander, liable and defamation promoted by this small group

2 sets of UNFAIR AND DISHONEST court actions have been taken against this owner (and perhaps others too) and I suspected as an orchestrated revenue raising scheme that has been operating for some time

ANY knowledge, contacts, links and connection made and a START TO PROMOTE inviting input and responses RESPONSE SOONER THAn LATER WOULD BE much appreciated
