Could you please advice current legislative regulations regarding hanging washing outdoors?

I note the model by-law of 2015, but wonder if there has been any change given increased environmental, economic and health concerns regarding been required to dry laundry indoors?

I am particularly concerned about the growth of mould in my flat.

Is there currently mould in your flat?  And what do the by-laws for your scheme (not the model by-laws) say about drying laundry?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
