      What can be done by the responsible minority/strata manager when the majority of owners consistently votes for an inadequate budget to maintain a complex in good order and as a consequence refuses to authorise necessary repairs because there is not enough money? Yell

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
