Inspecting strata records AND accounts

      We know that prospective purchasers must pay a fee to inspect records. But what rights have owners got to inspect records and accounts at SM as required? Any fee? And what notice needs to be given?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
