Is it acceptable to email my Executive Committee?

      In my effort to get people to behave considerately here and to get our block run properly, I sent a very polite email to a couple of the Executive Committee and was told in no uncertain terms it was an invasion of privacy having their email address and emailing them ('Who gave it to me?' they demanded) and I need to do all this through the Strata Manager who is nicknamed 'Fob-off Fred'.

      The committee behave in a mildly intimidating or bullying fashion and their identities are not widely known. I came by their email addressees quite innocently and thought it would be another good way to try to get things fixed here.

      Am I in the wrong?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
