Is it OK to buy an old unit?

      I am looking to buy a unit in Westmead. The building is 20 yrs old. I am now in confusion should we buy such old unit or not?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
