      Hello All,

In our Sydney townhouse complex we have three residents (one is an owner and the other two are tenants) who have bought and placed portable basketball stands in front of their driveways, at the end of the complex There appear to be two stands on common property.  These lot’s young boys and their visitors play at various times of the day.  I don’t see any parents supervising the boys, but I certainly get to hear the continuous bounce of the basketball. My main concern is would the OC be liable should one of the stands fall and injure a child ?

      Thank you

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
