      Hi Guys

      Really need your help here.

1st time poster here, and 1st time owning an apartment unit.

So I’ve just discovered a small leak inside one of our bed room, it is in the corner of the room, and don’t seem to be a big leak (damp area is only around 30cm x 20 cm).

I’m wondering, who should pay the bill of fixing it? i know it happened in my unit, but the building is only around 5 years old. so i’m guessing that it may be a defect?

I am also not sure if i should ask my building manager to do the inspection or if i should be asking an independent surveyor/inspector/plumber or whoever i should be seeking help from?

Sorry if my question seems to be really stupid, but as i said, i’m new to this whole strata thing Embarassed
