       Hi All,

       

      I own a strata unit (townhouse) in NSW. It was built in the late 1970’s and in an area where Loose Fill Insulation may have been used. All units are single story. Who is responsible for investigating the units to see if they have Loose Fill Insulation – the individual owner or the OC?
