      Is the Owners Corporation responsible for the maintenance of trees in the courtyard of an individual lot in a Strata Scheme?Confused One owner has very large gum trees in his large courtyard and he has had the Owners Corporation pay hundreds of dollars to trim a branch. Is the Owners Corporation responsible for maintaining trees in the courtyard of an individual lot?
