I believe I have been tactically marginalised, side-lined, frozen-out, disenfranchised… whatever you want to call it… by our Strata Manager and Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee of five, is basically just 'one' empowered by the other four who do next-to-nothing. However the Treasurer is doing unchecked, unapproved renovations and another EC member has paved a section of common property for his own personal use; there is more than a suggestion of impropriety and dysfunctionality in this EC, and the rest of the common property has become run down and neglected.

I want to get things back on the straight and narrow. I am a long term resident who believes by-laws and the Strata Titles Act NSW needs to be adhered to and our place properly maintained. I don't think I'm paranoid, but I reckon the Strata Manager is advising the EC to ignore me, marginalise me, not speak to me about issues and / or refer me to him; which means nothing gets done.

Things are slipping fast. What can I do.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
