      Is there a minimum dollar value for a Sinking Fund? Can it go to $0. I have been told that there is a minimum of 1% of the value of the plan.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
