I am an owner in a strata of 14. There are 3 owners on the Executive Committee and one appears to have their own agenda and does not work well with the other 2 members. One member wants to resign due to this and I think when this one does resign, the other member will too. This will then leave only 1 EC member (the one with their own agenda) until our AGM in July.

Can the Executive Committee function with only 1 or 2 membes? Is it allowed?

What if there is no Executive Committee? How are decisions made? Are EGMs the only way?

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
