      I am looking for an independent secretarial services who are able to assist run our AGM, provide advice and oversee voting.
      I anticipate the AGM will be conducted online via ZOOM.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
