Once again, despite our frequent requests not to do so, a user has posted the same question in different places on the website. What do you hope to gain? That it will find a way through the corporate maze (two people) quicker?

Here’s the thing, if you have an urgent question, please call a strata lawyer, your strata manager, building manager or committee secretary. Don’t post it on this forum multiple times in different places you might get different answers in different places, clogging up the forum and confusing the issue.

For those reasons, repeats will be deleted, wasting your time and efforts and mine.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
