My Strata Manager Will Not Respond to Me AnyMore!

      This is in relation to a S.62 issue on the boil.  I promise I have not used any swear words or abused him!  I have been probing and probing and probing, and this morning I got this response:

      “Please note we will not be responding to any further emails from you.”

      Is he in breach of his duties as Strata Manager?

      Is he in breach of the Strata Management Act by responding like that?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
