      I have not posted for a while but wondered what your thoughts are on the new NCAT structure (replacing CTTT).  Is it working to address issues or are they just using mediation for everything.  Are they being effective with their decisions and are the decisions fair? Its just a general enquiry as Jimmy T and Whale have been around a long time and wondered if there has been an improvement.  Thank you

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
