Can I please ask your advise?

I have moved out of my apartment I own because our direct neighbour and EC Chairwoman is the type of neighbour I dont wish on anyone. Nightmare!

So I moved away after 3 years of harrassment and intimidation.

Now my tenants have just given notice now and I am trying to determine whether our neighbour is the reason. If so, I guess there is nothing I can do? Sell or put more tenants in…..? Poor buggers.

The neighbour in question has forced my hand in ensuring that at my cost the A/C is moved/relocated – um 3 times…. . She drives me nuts and I dont even live there.

Tao-park, see my first and recent post here called Nightmare on Executive Committee Street.

In my research (additional to Flat Chat) I found where one clever person asked for permission to read out nasty letters and emails one of the Executive Committee had written to him which suitably embarrassed the culprit and shut them up. If you or your tenants have anything unseemly in writing from your Chairwoman, you might thing about doing something similar. You could even show them to the police who could probably do nothing; but at least you could tell her you had spoken to the police. That might have some effect.
