      “Sorry, mate, I can’t quite give you the full rent this month” must be one of the most common – and frustrating – cries in flat share world.

      But now there’s a new app (of course) for Australia’s four million ‘roomies’ that makes paying the rent less painless than ordering a pizza.

      This online marriage between fridge door notes and the pain-free payments of PayWave  could leave all the arguing to important issues like “who drank the last beer?” and “aren’t those my socks?”

      And it can even tell you who owes what for groceries. You can read all about it here.

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
