      Is there anyone in the real world (i.e. not from CTTT) who thinks a large strata plan with one third of owners levy defaulting is a strata plan that is functioning satisfactory?

      Can anyone top a 33% default rate?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
